The entire east wing of a pediatric wing was outfitted with colorful patient care boards. What a difference color and a few cute icons can make. The whole department is more relaxed, and despite the pressure and difficult circumstances, the nurses, doctors, patients and family all love the visibility and attention this small addition created.
